ARCHIMODELS have been involved with LeFrak building a significant model of the Hudson fronted New Jersey foreshore. The redevelopment of the Newport site includes the addition of new skyscrapers amid the existing foreshore precinct. The series of buildings includes proposed sites being built over the coming years. ARCHIMODELS created the model in conjunction with the Marketing team and the developer direct. The model is integrated into their digital display and allows select areas to be activated alongside key audio visual marketing.
A striking designer facade of glossy brick stands proud neighboring the famous Katz deli of lower Manhattan. A building of style and presence for the area. Equinox gym taking up residence filling the entire second and third floors. Gym equipment to scale we built and was seen through windows of these floors. The entire model is controlled via lighting app and liked to a large advertising display screen.
ARCHIMODELS was commissioned to produce three Marketing Models of two sites including one Masterplan. The site being the largest developent site for Newcastle this year. Their launch last month was a complete success with over 65% sold. You’ll see from the photos, there was a rather large turn out alowing the models to take centre stage.
Dealing direct with the developer ARCHIMODLES produced the significant marketing model of the condominium apartments for the sales suite. A huge success for the Miami market place as the impressive model helped buyers locate their investment within the greater complex. All apartments and amenity is interactive with a lighting control touch screen.
